Exciting News

Premium Chocolate Fed Fullblood Japanese Wagyu raised on our CT farm available for purchase. Our next harvests are scheduled for spring 2026.

The customers of Liv's Oyster Bar in Old Saybrook, CT concontinue to enjoy our wagyu cross ground beef. Currently the team uses it for the burger and potstickers!

An update: We can only ship our perishable products Monday and Tuesday, they ship separate from our non perishable products for which we typically ship same or next day when in stock. Perishables may require priority shipping to guarantee transit times remain within the limitations of available coolants.

As always, if you are local you can set up a time to pick up at the farm or meet us at one of the farmers markets (check socials) in season.

Shaved Steak aka Minute Steaks

Fullblood wagyu shaved steak is well-suited for cheesesteak sandwiches, stir fry, fried rice, and Japanese or Korean rice bowls. Additionally, it may be utilized for shabu shabu; please consult our note below. Our standard shaved steak originates from the Chuck eye, sirloin, sirloin tip, and top and bottom round sub primals.

Periodically, we slice Ribloin and striploin for shabu shabu when available. This product can be found as its own distinct product when available. 

Packages weigh approximately 1 lb.

A Small Family Farm

Our story began as one dream, to have and work land. That led to what we believe to be the first Fullblood Japanese Wagyu in Connecticut. We have grown slowly experimenting with offering other products including eggs, raising meat chickens on and off and premium culinary herbs. Our focus however remains on Wagyu and bringing a premium product to market, stay tuned on that front!
