A Hanger Steak is one of the Flat Steaks, and is a thick strip of meat from the underside of the animal. It is from the muscle that works the diaphragm. It is very tasty but does have a grainy texture. It takes marinades well, and is great for the grill. AKA: Hanging Tender

Local and regional delivery is available up to 60 miles from the farm excluding Long Island at check out. Please consider contacting us first to learn available delivery dates for your area though.
