For our April 2025 harvest we have two large steers available.

1 locally raised, chocolate finished Fullblood Wagyu split across 16 shares
Each share is expected to be 30 plus pounds of beef before the addition of organ meats, marrow & soup bones.
Total share is likely to include: 5 pounds of premium cuts, 15-20 pounds of steaks and roasts, 10 plus pounds of ground beef, 1-2 pound of stew beef, 5 pounds of soup bones and a couple pounds of organ meats
Each share will include a base package of all cuts easily portioned into 16 equal shares, package sizes will vary but the goal will be equal weight/value of cuts.
The remaining cuts will be selected in a draft style selection process.
We have a plan to accommodate remote selection for those unable to attend in person.
Pickup is currently planned for our Preston, CT farm but may need to be moved locally.
Shipping/delivery will be available for an additional $200-250 depending on location in US.

Important notes:
***Tenderloins and Mock tenders are not included in these shares.***
Packers Briskets will be a lottery drawing between all share holders.
You can purchase multiple shares!

This is a deposit saving your share. Draft order will be in the order shares are purchased, ie early supporters get first selections in each round.

Balance will be invoiced via Shopify for payment by April 20th with an anticipated draft selection and pickup April 27th.

We offer farm pickup on any product shown as in stock at 175 Miller Rd.

Local and regional delivery is available up to 60 miles from the farm excluding Long Island at check out. Please consider contacting us first to learn available delivery dates for your area though.

Finally shipping via UPS is now available. We can ship via the options available to you during chackout Mondays and Tuesdays each week. Perishables must,ship seperate from hard goods.
